With over 25 years in Seattle real estate, Ryan Rockwell brings a steady, strategic presence to his role as Co-Founder of Wyman–Rockwell Partners. His approach is defined by consistency, accessibility, and a deep understanding of the nuances that shape Seattle’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Ryan’s foundation in client service began at Nordstrom, where a high standard of care became central to his professional philosophy. Since transitioning into real estate in 1998, he has built a reputation for delivering strong results through thoughtful marketing, precise negotiation, and a clear, guided process that prioritizes both outcome and experience.

At Wyman–Rockwell Partners, Ryan’s individual expertise is elevated through a collaborative, team-driven platform—bringing together strategic marketing, refined presentation, and operational support at every stage. In partnership with Evan Wyman, he helps lead a business focused on intentional growth, elevated execution, and a more connected client experience across markets.

Known for his responsiveness and steady presence, Ryan remains closely involved from start to finish, ensuring each client feels informed and supported throughout. Outside of real estate, he values time with his wife, Cindy, their two sons, Nick and Alex, and their dogs, Franky and Tony. He enjoys summers on Lake Washington and traveling during the winter months, often visiting his sons while they are away at school.
